I'm Tara Schafer, and I'm The ODD Witch. I help women 40 and up build businesses in their second season using business strategy, systems, and a business astrology lens, without the hustle-culture nonsense that dominates most of the entrepreneurship space. No cauldron required, unless you count my coffee cup.

I've spent 25-plus years in business, long enough to have watched every hot new tactic come and go at least twice. Somewhere in there I noticed the advice that actually worked long-term rarely came from the loudest voice in the room. It came from paying attention to the specific person implementing it.

What I Actually Do

• Help clients clarify what kind of business genuinely fits their life stage and strengths

• Design offers that feel natural to run, not just profitable on paper

• Use business astrology as a strategic lens, grounded and practical, never overly mystical

Why I Built This Around Astrology

Because it works, and because I got tired of watching smart, capable women blame themselves for strategies that were never built for their wiring in the first place. The chart gave me a faster, more specific way to find what was actually wrong, instead of another six months of generic trial and error.

Who I Actually Serve

Women (and a few brave Men) in their second season, rebuilding after decades of raising kids, supporting partners, or building someone else's version of a career. Intelligent, intuitive, capable women who want clarity and strategy without losing their soul in the process.

Not at all. Most of my clients describe themselves as grounded and skeptical first.
